The key to being a good animator

When we ask a flat animation we must not lose sight of what the primordial essence in our work as animators. If we look at the etymology of the word “Animation”, see from the Latin “Spirit” which means Alma. Cheerleading is not giving life to a character. A plant is alive but has no soul. The animation consists of providing soul to a character, the viewer the illusion that our character thinks and especially, getting convey his feelings at all times. The most common mistake found in the test soil animation people starting, is that they give a tremendous role to the action of the character and principles of animation over what really matters, that is to give the character of soul. There is great concern about the arches, by dialing either anticipations or give a good sense of weight. However, planes are usually empty of content and characters holes. Whenever a character takes action, have a reason to do it and a way to deal with it by way of being. Before submitting any test, however simple it, ask yourself how your character, reasons that led him to perform the action that takes you on the plane and consequences brings it succeeds or not. You're on your way to truly learn what animation. You will see that while you exercise the principles of animation animation will test your true interest, will be original and your characters will be in the flesh. I will show below an excerpt from the movie Toy Story 1. From each of the plans I have chosen those frames that are counted as characters, they think and feel. The rest of the frames I have omitted. Not see arches, secondary actions, silhouettes, squash-stretch, solo veréis pensamientos y emociones, pure animation… That’s animation!
